This is Debian/GNU Linux's prepackaged version of Savio Lam's dialog
utility. It is now (apparently) being developed by Florian La Roche
(florian@jurix.jura.uni-sb.de). This program enables the presentation
of a variety of questions or display messages using dialog boxes from
a shell script.

This package was put together by David Engel <david@ods.com> based on
an earlier version by Mike Deisher <deisher@dspsun.eas.asu.edu>, from
the sources, obtained from
sunsite.unc.edu:/pub/Linux/utils/shell/cdialog-0.9a.tar.gz. The
changes were very minimal - merely adding support for the Debian
package maintenance scheme, by adding various debian.* files.
